As a certified waste management company according to EfbV (TÜV Thuringia) with its own construction waste recycling plant, SERVISA Baustoffe GmbH, part of the Servisa Group, contributes to the goal of an economical and ecological construction industry.
Through our disposal management during the construction process using all natural resources and the building materials trade, we ensure the return of building materials to the materials cycle.
All services in the field of transport, processing and storage of construction waste are combined here and lead to the optimization of all supply and disposal processes.
Processing plant
The construction sector produces a large amount of construction waste with every building project. In Germany, construction waste accounts for the largest share of total waste generation. At the same time, it requires a lot of building materials and debris. In this sense, we sustainably give new life to waste and ensure a resource-saving construction industry. At our own recycling plant in Mittenwalde/Töpchin, we collect and recycle mineral construction waste, from which we extract high-quality RC materials, bulk materials, as well as soils that are used in various areas such as road or dam construction. Thus, the man-made anthropogenic material stock is returned to the recyclable material cycle. The reused mineral construction waste is not only resource and energy saving, it is also cheaper than newly produced building materials. Therefore, we are able to supply whatever you need, whether sand, gravel or crushed stone, at favorable prices.
Container service
In the course of your construction measures, we offer comprehensive, individual advice and support from our trained specialists and thus ensure smooth disposal management during your construction process. From the delivery and removal of containers to professional disposal, we offer a wide range of services. Containers enable a professional disposal with a sort-pure separation of building rubble to excavated earth. According to your needs we provide you with our assortment of container sizes. We take care of parking permits for the public road area before the containers are placed. Within the framework of the agreements made beforehand, we collect the containers on call or on the desired collection date - we then dispose of your waste professionally. With our own fleet of transporters, we are able to act flexibly.
Material Flow Management
Thanks to our many years of experience, we have a wide network of contacts. Knowing the current market situation is one of our most important competences - that is why we are always up to date on the supply and demand of recyclables and where they can currently be obtained on the market.
