We, SERVISA Baumanagement GmbH, carry out construction projects of all sizes as a general or total contractor. Together with our competent and expert staff, we control and monitor all services up to completion in order to ensure a smooth and timely process. The entire team, from the architect to the site manager to the engineer, pulls together to ensure a reliable, precise and competent process from conception to handover to the client.
Our extensive experience from a large number of projects enables us to bring specific aspects into the planning and execution of the projects. We can identify and reduce the risks of the projects at an early stage. These competences are available to our partners, so that even in particularly difficult project phases the necessary security for the achievement of the project goals is ensured.
Construction
With a lot of experience we realize turnkey construction in the residential and commercial sector, but we are also no strangers to building in existing structures and are constantly gaining ground with regard to the sustainable use of space in urban areas. Our competences range from shell construction to finishing, but also the synergies within the SERVISA Group cannot be denied and allow flexible and quick solutions for difficult and complex issues in the construction process.
Planning services
We offer our partner an indisputable advantage, as he has only one direct contact person in all planning phases. In this way, the coordination effort is considerably minimized and the interface problems are completely eliminated. Consequently, especially with regard to a functioning overall planning and ultimately the defect-free construction of the object, the successful object planning is ensured. Depending on the size, complexity and degree of difficulty of a project, the bundling of all planning services also leads to a considerable time advantage in construction execution.
Project control & Management
We represent our clients as project control and take over the classic client tasks. Documentation, control of quality and quantity, costs and deadlines are the decisive factors for the success of the project. Freely agreed service profiles are also part of the scope here. This concerns, among other things, the control of public development or delimited public relations. We define project management as the performance of all tasks in organizational, legal, technical, economic and scheduling terms that are required for the goal-oriented and successful completion of a construction project. Project management thus includes, in particular, project management and project control and ultimately is the key of the organization of any construction project.
